As far as we collect data from you, e.g. via the contact form provided below, CMAS-Europe informs you as follows:

1. Responsible person regarding data collection is the President of CMAS-Europe.

2. The purpose of the collection and processing is to communicate with you. If there is communication with third parties who receive your data, a separate instruction will be made to obtain your consent.

3. The legal basis is a) a relationshib initiation contract, b) if applicable, the contractual relationship at a later date, c) legally binding principles - eg. in accounting (proof to tax office and other authorities). d) own legal interest in the execution of the relationship.

4. The data is stored (archived) at least for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the duration of the statutory retention obligation for manual files and the duration of a non-statute-barred tax liability.

7. You have the right to call the supervisory authority at any time (right of appeal), if you believe that your data is being illegally collected and processed.
